Weekly rates are $1000.00 up to $1300.00. Taxes and fees are included.

WEEKLY RENTALS

Rentals are all weekly and are from Saturday 3:30 pm through Saturday 9:30 am. Discounts for multiple week rentals. There may be shorter rentals of 3 day minimums available, give us a call.

RESERVATIONS

TO MAKE A RESERVATION: Call: 207-787-2331 or 207-831-8464 or email jdpco@fairpoint.net Put WESTWOOD in the subject line. Telephone reservations are accepted but are not confirmed until deposit is received. Deposits are nonrefundable. Deposit of 50% of the total rental is required to confirm reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival.

POLICIES

Arrivals & Departures: Check-in is 3:30 pm on Saturday. Check-out is 9:30 am on Saturday. Use of rowboats which have motor mounts are included in rates. Kayak and paddle boat rentals are available upon request, inquire about rates. Blankets and pillows are provided, bring your linens. Pet policy: For the comfort of all of our guests no pets of any kind are allowed. Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

"Amazing, family fun! Quiet and restful place to vacation. Beautiful scenic surroundings. Three beaches on the water for easy entering into the water for a swim, and for children to play. Great bass and white perch fishing. With five docks to fish from and small row boats available for you to enjoy the water. Cottages are very clean with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful place to recharge and get away."
